In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 22abc platform in any capacity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 22abc platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, 22abc reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses applied to duplicate accounts, and confiscate any winnings derived from those accounts pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 22abc shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 22abc strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not used across other online services. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 22abc reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

All financial transactions on the 22abc platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 22abc supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 22abc reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 22abc account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 22abc does not charge fees on deposits made via local Bangladeshi mobile financial services. Third-party transaction fees levied by payment providers are the responsibility of the player.
• Funds deposited into your account must be used for wagering purposes. 22abc reserves the right to investigate and withhold withdrawal requests where deposit activity appears inconsistent with genuine gaming intent.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure.

22abc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — operate under standard sports betting rules. Match results are determined by the relevant sporting authority's official result. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific market at the time the bet was placed.

All content on the 22abc platform — including but not limited to the 22abc brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds formats, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22abc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content are granted to players beyond this limited licence.
